On the non-public side of the stone wall are the corporate offices, which include the president's office, five hard-walled private offices, six partitioned private offices, six open office cubes, restrooms and a copy center. In the training classroom, instructors teach franchise trainees the business of owning a Ductz duct- cleaning franchise as well as the technical aspects of duct cleaning. The hands-on training area is a high-bay space where trainees learn how to access, clean, and reseal a variety of duct types. The space includes a partial life-size house, full-scale duct configurations, a corporate van to learn how to unpack and repack the equipment, and work tables. From both the training classroom and hands-on training area, trainees have access to a lounge with soft seating, work tables, laptop work stations with internet access, and a flat screen television.

The use of natural stone and wood materials, combined with a fresh earth-tone color palette, communicates the clean-air values of the Ductz duct-cleaning business in a welcoming hospitable working environment.
