McIntosh Apartment Complex
The renovation of the one- and two-bedroom McIntosh apartments will provide quality living spaces for ISU's growing graduate student population. Reconfiguring the living room and kitchen into more usable spaces will maximize the apartments' functionality and overall student comfort, as will the redesign and renovation of the bathrooms. Cabinets, appliances, fixtures, lighting, flooring, tile, and paint, will be upgraded throughout the complex. Exterior siding, roofing, and windows will also be replaced where needed as part of the update.
