Grad Student Housing
The renovation of McIntosh Manor is the first step in developing a neighborhood for Graduate Students, along with the nearby remodeling of Schubert Hypostyle Hall into a Graduate Student Life Center. McIntosh Manor will be positioned as an adult educational community serving single graduate students, older non-traditional undergraduate students and perhaps married graduate students without children. The units will be renovated to include one and two bedrooms, a new bathroom, and an open kitchen and living room.
