Four Phase Master Plan
The resulting master plan consists of four phases. Phase 1: Renovate Turner Hall for undergrads and McIntosh Manor for graduate students. Phase 2: Renovate Schubert Hall for grad students; build new family housing. Phase 3: Remodel Schubert Hypostyle Hall into grad student center, demolish Graduate House, renovate Pulling Courts for juniors/seniors, renovate west campus apartments for conference/ guest housing. Phase 4: Demolish University Courts, return Garrison Hall to student housing, re-purpose Owen-Redfield, Nichols, and Dyer Halls for academic use.
