Objectives
The housing master plan proposed for Minnesota State University Moorhead has three objectives:
Address the backlog of deferred maintenance in campus housing facilities.
Provide spaces that support the programmatic mission of the housing department.
Create housing options that will appeal to students over the local market.
Our plan, in collaboration with Alexander & Associates, comprehensively meets these goals, providing design solutions that will reinvigorate the Moorhead residential community.
